Refund Policy

Refund Period:
Customers may request a refund for an ebook within 14 days of the purchase date subject to the following conditions:

1. Refunds are offered if:
The ebook is not as described on the product page.
The ebook file is corrupted or has a technical issue that prevents the ebook from being read.
The customer changes their mind and has not yet downloaded the ebook.
The ebook purchase is an accidental duplicate purchase.

2. Ebooks are generally non-refundable once downloaded as they are not returnable.

To obtain a refund please state your order confirmation number and explain the reason for your refund request. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original method of payment. Refund requests must be made within the 14-day period. By purchasing this ebook you agree to these terms.
